The Art of Living Foundation, is a volunteer-based, humanitarian and educational non-governmental organization, founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Its teachers visit the universities and schools to help students discover the effective techniques to reduce stress, relieve anxiety, and relax during the challenges. The simple breathing exercises (Pranayama) and meditation techniques help, to boost the immune function and the overall energy levels.

By helping students learn and practice these research-backed tools, the teachers of the Art of Living Foundation bring happiness and joy to their lives. The teachers, from the very onset teach, how to deal with external situations by managing and controlling our own thoughts and emotions with awareness and wisdom. One can easily overcome fatigue and experience more energy and stamina to do all that we set out for the day.

Ms. Shivangi Sharma and Ms Yogita Ghotar were the workshop facilitators who are teachers at The Art of Living Foundation.  School of Engineering & Technology’s, Sr. Addl. Director, Prof. Purnima Nag welcomed the teachers from the foundation. The Director, Prof. Harvir Singh delivered a vote of thanks and presented mementoes to the guests. Dr. Deepika Chauhan organized the activity and Mr. Mudit Khetan was the co-ordinator.
