On February 1, 2024, Jaipur National University's School of Education hosted an extension lecture featuring Mrs. Smita Gupta Agrawal, an IIT executive in Corporate America and former Mrs. India Globe and Mrs. Asia Pacific 2004. Prof. Rita Arora welcomed her and introduced the session.

Mrs. Agrawal began with the question, “Who are you?” emphasizing that everyone has a unique identity beyond their name and profession. She highlighted the importance of having clear goals and focusing on solutions rather than complaints. She encouraged students to shield themselves from negativity and believe in their capabilities.

The lecture included interactive discussions on self-empowerment, goal-setting, and emotional intelligence. Mrs. Agrawal shared her experiences and engaged students in discovering their inner strengths and superpowers. The session concluded with a Q&A segment, benefiting 104 students with valuable life skills. Prof. Anshu Bhatia extended a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude for Mrs. Agrawal's time and insights.
