Transportation
As Rajasthan's best university, JNU boasts of a distinctive fleet of buses and cars that provide comfortable and timely transportation to its staff and students residing in Jaipur and nearby areas.
Students, faculty, and staff are spared the hassles of commuting by public transport, while also inculcating punctuality in the students. Buses are also provided for industrial visits, field trips, sports and cultural activities, and any other academic visits outside the campus.
The university’s bus drivers are licensed to drive college buses to ensure the complete safety of students and staff.
Each bus is equipped with GPS and has a rotating schedule of security personnel at all times.
Public transport is also available close to the campus and all parts of Jaipur city are thus well connected.
JNU’s campuses are only a 15-minute drive from the airport and a 30-minute drive from the railway station and bus stand. Proximity to Delhi is an added advantage with the National Expressway NH 8, reducing travel time from Delhi to Jaipur to four hours.
