The on-campus recruitment process involves a written test, group discussion, and personal interview between the student and the company representatives.

of Campus Recruitment
Selected students from the written test are allowed for a Group discussion of 6 to 12 people to speak on a topic for 10-15 mins. They are evaluated on their

Step 3
of Campus Recruitment
The final stage of selection is the personal interview round where the goals and aspirations of the candidate are viewed in terms of their fit for the organization and an offer is made.
