By incorporating novel exploration and exploitation strategies, the proposed algorithm effectively balances global exploration and local exploitation, leading to improved solution quality and faster convergence. The algorithm is evaluated on a diverse set of benchmark problems, demonstrating superior performance compared to existing state-of-the-art techniques.
