The students of B.Tech. Food Technology of the university, visited the Natural Food Expo (Jaipur Nutrifest) & Innovators Summit 2025 held at Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur, on 8th November 2025. The visit provided the students with valuable exposure to the latest trends and innovations in the field of food technology. The exhibition showcased a wide variety of organic foods, natural food products, millet-based foods, and innovative food formulations developed by leading food entrepreneurs, startups, and research institutions. Students interacted with exhibitors and innovators to understand the processes behind sustainable food production, clean labeling, value addition in traditional foods, and the role of millets in promoting nutrition and food security. The summit sessions highlighted emerging technologies, entrepreneurship opportunities, and the importance of natural and healthy food choices in today’s market.
