The AAHAR 2024 Food Exhibition held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, proved to be an enlightening and enriching experience for students of B.Tech. Food Technology, offering a comprehensive insight into the latest trends and innovations in the Food Industries. Student’s embarked on a journey of exploration and discovery, encountering a variety of stalls, networking opportunities, and culinary delights.
They got the opportunity to meet and interact with Alumni of Jaipur National University from Food Technology background during their visit. From household names like Pansari Group and Madhura Coco Fresh to emerging enterprises like Ambica Enterprise, Cornitos, Nut Toppers each stall offered a unique perspective on the evolving landscape of food packaging, beverage production, and culinary innovation.
In conclusion, the AAHAR 2024 exhibition proved to be an enriching experience for the group, offering a blend ofnetworking opportunities, and technological innovation. From reconnecting with alumni to forging new connections with industry professionals, the event highlighted the dynamism and diversity of the food industry, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
