Food Technology Industrial Visit to Kanha Foods (Sanwaria Sweets Pvt. Ltd.), Jaipur

The Department of Food Technology, School of Engineering and Technology, Jaipur National University, organized an Industrial Visit to Kanha Foods (Sanwaria Sweets Pvt. Ltd.) on 30 March 2026 to provide practical exposure to bakery processing. Students observed large-scale production of products like bread, rusk, pav, kulcha, pizza base, and burger buns. They learned about key processing stages including mixing, fermentation, baking, and packaging.

The visit also covered industrial equipment, quality control, hygiene, and safety practices. Interaction with industry experts enhanced their understanding of real-time operations. Overall, the visit was highly informative and helped bridge the gap between theory and practical application.
