The Department of Food Technology at Jaipur National University organized a visit for B.Tech. Food Technology students to AAHAR - The International Food & Hospitality Fair on March 8, 2025, offering valuable industry exposure
AAHAR 2025, held from March 4-8 in New Delhi, is Asia’s leading trade show for food and hospitality. The visit included exploring innovations, networking with industry experts, live demonstrations of food processing and packaging technologies, and gaining insights into emerging trends like sustainable packaging and automation. The visit bridged the gap between theory and industry practices, enhancing students' knowledge and career readiness.
