The School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Jaipur National University, successfully organized an Industrial Tour from 25th February to 1st March 2025 for B.Pharm VI semester students to provide practical exposure to the pharmaceutical industry along with recreational experiences. A total of 40 students visited Nihal Pharmaceuticals and Shivani Pharmaceuticals at Baddi, where they gained insights into industrial manufacturing processes, quality control measures, and regulatory aspects of pharmaceutical production. Experts guided them through different departments, enhancing their understanding of real-world practices. Later, students explored Chandigarh, visiting famous attractions such as Sukhna Lake and Sector-17 Market. The next day, the entire group proceeded to Manali, where they experienced heavy snowfall and enjoyed various activities. Students were accommodated in 3-star hotels, ensuring a comfortable stay with well-maintained hostel facilities and all necessary amenities. The tour was a perfect blend of academic learning and recreation, providing students with valuable industrial exposure alongside cultural and natural attractions.
