On 15th November 2024, students from the School of Fashion Design, Jaipur National University, participated in the prestigious Excellence'24 Fashion Show organized by ICFAI Jaipur. The event celebrated the theme "Rajasthan Bohimonia", focusing on the richness of Rajasthani culture blended with contemporary bohemian aesthetics, while promoting the concept of sustainable fashion and design.

The students of JNU presented an exceptional collection inspired by traditional Rajasthani motifs, fabrics, and techniques integrated with modern, eco-friendly design elements. The garments showcased at the event were crafted using sustainable materials, including organic cotton, handwoven fabrics, and upcycled textiles, highlighting the importance of ethical and environmentally responsible fashion.

Each design reflected the essence of Rajasthan’s vibrant heritage, featuring intricate embroidery, mirror work, and tie-dye techniques paired with innovative bohemian silhouettes. The collection was further elevated with accessories handcrafted by the students, adding a unique touch to the ensembles.

The fashion show provided an excellent platform for the students to display their creativity, technical skills, and understanding of sustainable practices in fashion. Their work was highly appreciated by the audience and the judges, earning accolades for originality and dedication to sustainability.
