- OBJECTIVE OF THE SESSION: To guide and motivate the students to shape up their career with full seriousness and in the right spirit.
OUTCOMES:
1. To identify the possibilities of new domains after completion of techno management course.
2. To understand the importance of skill development.
An Alumni interaction session was organized by Department of Food Technology on 8th October, 2021 by very successful alumni Ms. Shraddha Jaiswal. She is working as Consulting Manager in Advanced Technology Consulting Services. Ms. Jaiswal completed B.Tech. + MBA course from JNU. Starting with her brief introduction she shared her experiences of current & previous jobs.
Ms. Shraddha explained the students about possibilities of new domains after completion of techno management course. She emphasized on the importance of communication, leadership and team building skills which would enable students to get better designations as soon as they graduate. She also focused on participative learning in techno cultural activities like quiz, debates, music etc.
In the last, a detailed Q&A session took place where speaker Ms. Shraddha Jaiswal promptly answered all the questions of the students related to corporate working culture, higher study options, technology based jobs etc. The session was simple but inspiring and motivating for the students to pursue a more fulfilling career.
