Awareness programme on health & hygiene was conducted on 16" July 2024. The primary objective of this program was to raise awareness about health and hygiene practices among students and staff at SIILAS Campus. The goal was to educate participants on maintaining personal hygiene, understanding common health issues, and promoting overall well-being. The event was initiated by Mr. Sumit Sharma who emphasized the importance of health and hygiene in daily life. Mr. Piyush Sen covered the topics such as hand washing, oral hygiene, and personal grooming. Resource person Mr. Pradeep Gautam started his lecture with Nutritional Health that was focused on the importance of a balanced diet and hydration. Then he discussed about Preventive Healthcare, common diseases, vaccination, and preventive measures.
