Prof. Anil Mehta (Professor, School of Legal Studies, Banasthali University) pointed out that most of the management students do not clearly define their vision of what they want to achieve in life and with this unspecified vision they begin their job hunt. He said that if they wish to achieve anything significant there is a need to undergo a drastic change in their attitude. He said that in setting life or career goals, one must explore his/her own strengths, weakness, thoughts and emotions, life principles and beliefs and then combine personal interest with Skills set. He said determination and focus is important for realizing life goals.
