An industrial visit was organized to Radico Khaitan Ltd. (Alcohol manafacturing plant), Sikar, Rajasthan. During the visit students learned about the manufacturing of alcoholic beverages and observed the processing steps like blending, mixing, flavoring, coloring, bottling, sealing, packing, storage and dispatch of alcoholic beverages. Students observed the use of machines and equipments like clarifier, blenders, bottle washers, water purifier, filler, sealer, stacker etc. They also observed the state excise norms, hygiene, cleanliness and food safety features of the Alcohol industry.
