An educational visit to Seed Testing Laboratory in Durgapura, Jaipur was organized by School of Agricultural Sciences, Jaipur National University on 19.02.2025. The primary objective of the visit was to provide students with first hand knowledge about the seed testing procedures and standards. Students explored the facilities and operation of various equipments & facilities required for seed testing. The visit highlighted the importance of seed quality and its impact on crop productivity. Also students were given a brief role of seed testing labs to ensure the quality, viability and health of the seeds.
