The School of Agricultural Sciences organized a Kisan Goshti or farmer’s meeting in Govindpura, Ropada Village on 11.02.2025 focusing on the “Diseases affecting Wheat and Barley and their Management”. The event aimed to disseminate knowledge on prevalent crop diseases and promote effective management practices among local farmers. The resource person were renowned Plant Pathologists, Prof. R.K. Bansal, Director, SOAS, Dr. Ajeet Singh, Assistant Professor, Agronomy and Mr. Vinod Kumar, Assistant Professor, Extension Education from the University tailored advice was provided on disease identification and management techniques suitable for the local agro-climatic conditions
