The School of Engineering and Technology at Jaipur National University orchestrated a vibrant and informative talk on “Empowering Tomorrow’s Leader: Inspiring Growth and Nurturing Professional Development” by Ms. Jyotsna Agnihotry on September 28th , 2024.The event was tailored for the B. Tech. First Year (All Branches).

At the start of the session, an inaugural speech was given by Program convener Prof. Sudhir Kumar Sharma. He welcomed the speaker and the participants and wished for a success of this informative session.

Ms. Jyotsna Agnihotry: A true leader, innovator, and inspiration in the world of Pharmaceutical & Healthcare enlightened students with the insight of the corporate world – bridging the gap between the academic and corporate requirements, how they should prepare for their on-campus placement drives and/or any other information queries of the students. The talk started by focusing the Importance of leadership in a rapidly changing world and defining what it means to be a leader today: vision, empathy, adaptability. She also enlightened the students about the Changing Landscape of leadership, shifts in societal values or expectations and the impact of technology and globalization.

Ms. Agnihotry spoke about Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability, Inclusivity, Strategies for Empowerment and Importance of leadership development programs.

During her interaction with the students, she encouraged them for ethical leadership in the world of global challenges.re of Leadership. In Q&A Session the floor was open for questions and discussions to explore specific interests or concerns. As closing remark, she thanked the participants for their engagement.
