The Young Readers and Writers Club Presents “Reciting Self composed Poetry and Story Telling” was arranged by The School of Languages, Literature &Society on 24 th February, 2024.The activity was formally inaugurated by the Honorable Vice- Chancellor, Prof. R.L.Raina with his blessings to the students.Thirty two students participated and recited their self composed poetry on different themes. Self composed short stories were also narrated by five students in different styles. In the category, of self composed poetry the first, second and third prizes were given to Saniya Rizwan, Alina Bijo (BA Hons II Sem) and Parul Sharma (BA Hons sem) respectively. The consolation prize was given to Tulsi Mathur of (MA Final).In the category of Story- telling Himanshi (BA VI Sem) received First The second prize went to Tanya Khatri (Sem IV). Beside trophies all the participants were given participation certificates.The activity was judged by Prof. Asghar Ali Ansari (SLLS) and Prof. Nitin Pratap singh (SLBS)The event was organized by Ms. Anmol Bhat and Ms. Diksha Dadhich and hosted by Ms. Diksha Dadhich, The event was a grand success.
