A guest lecture on “Nutrition in Stress” was organized by School of Allied Health Sciences, JNU Jaipur on 16th Feb,2023 at SIILAS Auditorium at 2:00 PM. Dr. Medhavi Gautam , Director ,Dr.Medhavi’s Nutrifit,Jaipur Rajasthan was the guest speaker. The session was started with the welcome and the floral greetings to the guest speaker by the Prof. KK Mishra, Director, SIILAS. The Guest Speaker aimed at eliciting the role of various nutrients and food items in stress reduction and management. The student interacted with guest speaker enthusiastically regarding their queries related to topic. The session ended by vote of thanks facilitated by director SIILAS.
