The School of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Jaipur National University, proudly hosted AATITHYA – 2025 on 21st and 22nd March, bringing together students, faculty, and industry professionals from across India and abroad. This international annual event celebrated learning, innovation, and collaboration in the world of hospitality and tourism.
The event commenced with an inaugural ceremony graced by the Hon’ble Chancellor Sir Dr. Sandeep Bakshi, Pro Chancellor Prof. H. N. Verma, and Director Dr. Ajeet Kumar Singh, who lit the Holy Lamp. Hon’ble Chancellor Sir’s inspiring address emphasized professional excellence and set the tone for the event.
Eleven teams participated in the two-days event featuring seven competitions: Twigs & Towels, Jigger V/s Pony, QUIZZERIA, Innovative Hospitality Layout, Lazzat-E-Khaas, Décor-De-Patisserie, and Hotelpreneurs The Ultimate Pitch Battle. The contests were conducted smoothly, showcasing creativity, skill, and teamwork.
The Felicitation Ceremony was graced by the Executive Director Dr. Preeti Bakshi Madam and renowned Chefs including Chef Abhishek Madan, Chef Rishi Thapa, Chef Amit Shrivastava, and Chef Pankaj Gupta, who honored winners with awards and certificates.
A cultural highlight of the event was a city tour of Jaipur for the visiting teams, offering them a taste of the Pink City’s heritage and hospitality. Participants appreciated the warm welcome and professional experience, with many recommending that such events be held regularly.
AATITHYA – 2025 successfully continued its legacy of excellence, setting the stage for even greater milestones in the years to come.
