A continued education initiative, webinar titled "Orthokeratology: A Non-Surgical Approach to Myopia Management" was held on 31st March 2025. Tsering Lamu Shongmu, Associate Professor, SGT university, Gurgaon aimed to enhance awareness about the principles and clinical application of orthokeratology lenses in controlling myopia progression. She shared valuable insights on lens design, patient selection, fitting techniques, and long-term management. The session highlighted the growing role of orthokeratology in modern optometric practice and encouraged participants to explore its potential as a safe and effective alternative to traditional myopia correction methods.
