The School of Allied Health Sciences, Jaipur National University, Jaipur organized the nutrition awareness camp titled “Food Safety in Daily Life” to mark the “World Food Day-2022” and to create awareness regarding food adulteration and food Safety on 17th October 2022 at SIILAS Campus.
The students demonstrated the different test to determine the presence of adulterant in the different food samples like milk and milk products, cereals and pulses, spices, oils and fats etc. They also displayed the keys of food safety and explained how the food should be handled starting from harvesting till the point of consuming.
The Director SIILAS, Prof. K.K. Mishra along with the faculties and students of Allied Health Sciences participated in this awareness camp and encouraged the student to participate in such events in the future.
