On 27th February 2026, the School of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Jaipur National University successfully conducted a historic Largest Millet Based Pizza record attempt for the India Book of Records. Organized at the university campus, the mega culinary event brought together students, faculty members, professional chefs, and distinguished guests to witness and participate in this remarkable achievement. The initiative aimed to promote the nutritional value and sustainability of millets while showcasing innovation and large-scale culinary expertise.

Under the visionary leadership of the university administration and the dedicated guidance of the School’s faculty and chefs, the event demonstrated outstanding teamwork, planning, and execution. Beyond attempting a national record, the activity served as a live experiential learning platform for hospitality students, reinforcing creativity, coordination, and professional competence while celebrating India’s rich millet heritage in a modern culinary format.
