ISO Workshop Food Technology

The Department of Food Technology at Jaipur National University organized a Certificate-Based ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Internal Auditor Training Course on 19-20 December 2024. The course, attended by B.Tech. Food Technology students from various years, aimed to equip them with key knowledge and skills in food safety and internal auditing.
The training covered fundamental topics, beginning with an introduction to food safety, highlighting hygienic practices in food processing to prevent contamination and ensure consumer health. It then addressed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Pre-requisite Programs (PRPs) as the foundation for effective food safety management.
