International Conference

The 3rd International Conference organized by School of Education, Jaipur National University from 18th to 20th April, 2019 on Ethics and Human values : The Global Challenge with the collaboration of CTE India. The Conference was started with the lighting of the lamp by the Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Sandeep Bakshi, Dr. Preeti Bakshi, Executive Director and a galaxy of educationists Dr. B.L. Natiya, Chair Person, NRC, NCTE, Prof. P.C. Trivedi, Former Vice Chancellor, Gorakhpur University, Prof. R.G. Kothari, Former Vice Chancellor, Veer Narmad University, Gujrat, Prof. Naresh Dhadhich Former Vice Chancellor, VMOU Kota, Prof. Neelima Bhagabati, International General Secretary, CTE and Dr. K.M. Bhandarkar, President, CTE India.
The chief guest Prof. P.C. Trivedi, Former Vice Chancellor, Gorakhpur University briefed about the role of universities in imparting quality education and inculcation of values to build the national character.
The Keynote speaker Prof. Naresh Dadhich, Former Vice Chancellor, VMOU, Kota gave a conceptual clarity on ethics and morality. He laid stress on survival and morality. He laid stress on survival of planet and humanity and global challenges.
NRC NCTE chairperson, Dr. B.L. Natiya talked about ????, ????, ???, ????? and emphasized on building the strategies for inculcation of values. He also ensured to use the recommendations of the conference for the improvement of teacher education programmes
Second Day on 19th April, Parallel sessions chaired by Dr. Rajeshwari from Kerala, Dr. Satinder Dhillon from Punjab, Dr. Shashi Negi from Calcutta, Prof. Reghu from Kerala, Prof. Darshana from Jammu, Dr. Khushwinder from Chandigarh, Dr. Yam Bahadur from Kathmandu, Dr. Jignesh from Surat, Prof. Kusum Jain and Prof. Sanjeev Bhanawat from Rajasthan University deliberated in various joint sessions and parallel sessions and highlighted the important issues and problems related to creating a new humane and ethical society.
At last the three days mega conference was concluded in the valedictory session where chief guest Lt. Gen J.P. Nehra talked about erosion of values in the political arena. He emphasized on the values of discipline, enforcement and excellence.
