The guest lecture given by Mr. Akash Shrivastava, Advocate of Rajasthan High Court and Partner, Paras Kuhad Law Firm, Jaipur and Alumni of SSLG (2009-2014 of BALLB (H)); aimed to develop the skills and mindset needed to thrive in the studies and future careers of students. The lecture is to develop the personality grooming of the students. The ultimate goal of a personality development program is to help individuals achieve their full potential by improving their self-awareness, self-esteem, and overall effectiveness in life. Participants developed positive outlook about their identity and get an insight about the emotions. The session saw active participation from law students, faculty members, and entrepreneurs. The guest lecture had an interactive Q&A segment, where participants clarified doubts regarding startup regulations. It was also explained that one must have a good communication skill, observation skill and good advocacy skill. The lecture helped the students to understand the following-

• To enhance their advocacy, legal research and writing skills
• To work closely with and learn from their peers
• To demonstrate their interest in advocacy and competence as an advocate to prospective employers
