On 22nd September, 2025, the Seedling School of Law and Governance organized a highly informative guest lecture titled "Legal Start-ups, Linkedin and Internships" The session featured Mr. Anuj Gupta, Founder and CEO of Vidhi Sanskaar and Founding Partner and Advisor – Cipher X, as the guest speaker. His insights provided students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal and ethical frameworks essential for launching a successful business. The lecture highlighted the critical steps involved in starting a business, emphasizing that legal compliance and ethical conduct are key to long-term sustainability. It began with the importance of conducting thorough market research to validate business ideas and identify target customers. Mr. Gupta outlined the significance of selecting an appropriate business structure such as a sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, or corporation since this choice affects liability, taxation, and regulatory obligations. He also discussed about the creation of Linkedin beneficial for CV and also discussed about relevance of doing internships.
