On September 6, 2024, the Department of Food Technology organized an engaging Guest Lecture on the topic "Oleogelation - A Recent Trend in Tailored Fat." The session was delivered by Dr. Anurag Singh, Associate Professor in the Department of Food Technology at Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU), Kanpur. The lecture was part of the "Awareness of Trends in Technology" segment and was specially designed for the B.Tech. Food Technology.
