The Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Enhancing the Teaching-Learning Process aimed to equip educators with innovative pedagogical skills, enhance their teaching methodologies, and ultimately improve student learning outcomes. The FDP was organized by the school under the aegis of Science Setu Cluster, DBT, Ministry of Science and Technology. The interactive sessions, expert-led discussions, provided participants with practical skills that they can immediately apply to improve their teaching methods and better serve their students. The program aimed to provide educators with the skills necessary to adapt to new trends in education, harness innovative technologies, and foster an engaging learning environment that meets the evolving needs of students in the 21st century.
