Extension Activity: Awareness Session on Eye Donation with Poster Presentation

A session on the occasion of Eye Donation Awareness Day was conducted on 14th November 2024. Experts discussed the importance of eye donation, its impact on restoring vision. One expert from the field of ophthalmology and eye banking shared valuable insights into the donation process, process for pledging your eyes, myths surrounding it, and the urgent need for public participation. The aim was to raise awareness and encourage individuals to consider eye donation.
