The SHMCT department conducted a workshop on cocktail & Mocktail on 15-09-2023 .The full day session was very interesting and creative. The knowledge that Mr. Falesh Sharma in association with True Flavour shared on Mocktail and Cocktail making was incredible. He started with Latest and Classic cocktails, innovative cocktails demonstration such as Bloody Mary, Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Martini, Long island ice tea, Margarita, Rob roy, Shooters and so on.
The session was very interactive where he even pulled out of 20 students from the crowd of 28 students and showed a few tricks out of sleeves. Interactive way for teaching was flaring. The students got involved in flaring and learned few tricks in juggling the bottles which they enjoyed and were enthusiastic. About 84% of participants suggested that this kind of workshop was so effective and should be done on regular basis. The resource person also felt that the energy level of student were high and show interest in his activity. So next time also he wants to conduct this type of workshop.
