A webinar on ‘seven core competencies’ for students was given by Mrs. Neha Gupta, President Women’s Wing –FORTI on 4th September 2020. She has done course from IIM Tirchy And perusing PHD in behavioural aspect of consumer in Rajasthan Real Estate market. She emphasized that college students are in the perfect environment to develop the core competencies such as Problem solving, Stress, work Life balance, self discipline, Difficult, team work and power politics.
Students understood the importance of core competency skills like leadership responsibilities, fine tuning teamwork, critical thinking, communication and others to increase their knowledge and get better opportunities in Industry.
