School of Business & Management of our University has initiated Corporate Leadership Professional talks on the various dimension of corporate learning. Such collaborations enable the faculty members and students to learn the contemporary requirement at industry levels

For this, an "Industry Luminary Lecture Series" has been initiated by our University. Under the series, eminent industrialists and researchers would share their knowledge and expertise with the students and faculty members. Accordingly, the sessions for the year 2022-23 was planned in April 2023 wherein four different sessions were organised by following Industry Luminaries

In the second session, keeping the objective of understanding the dimensions of Human Resource school invited, Ms. Upasana, Human Resource Manager, Asia Pacific Sensia as the second industry luminary for the session titled Employee Well-being in 21st century on 15thApril 2023 at 2.30 p.m. wherein she stressed upon Work is changing, both in the nature of tasks undertaken and in the way that activities are organised. The changing roles of men and women at work has had dramatic impact on how people are managed, the right to request flexible working, the long hours culture, the glass ceiling for women and other diversity issues in the workplace. Therefore, it is needed to have enabling workers to think more creatively and be more effective at problem solving, increasing workers’ propensity to be co-operative and collaborative and giving workers greater levels of stamina and resistance to illness.
