A webinar was organized by the School of Life and Basic Science for post graduate students on 9 September, 2023 where 20 students participated. The speaker of the webinar was Ms. Aahuti Sharma who is a Senior Global Activation Analyst in IQVIA, Bengaluru. It was aimed to provide insights into the various career opportunities available in the field of clinical research services and emphasizing its critical role in bringing new drugs, therapies, and medical devices to market. They highlighted the industry's rapid growth, driven by advancements in medical technology and increasing demand for innovative healthcare solutions. The webinar delved into the diverse career pathways within clinical research services, including roles such as clinical research associate (CRA), clinical project manager, data manager, regulatory affairs specialist, and quality assurance manager. The presenter outlined the responsibilities and qualifications required for each role, providing valuable insights for aspiring professionals.
