The Seedling School of Law and Governance invited Dr. Shailendra Kumar, Assistant Professor, Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, and Faculty In-Charge, Center for Aero Space Law and Centre for Advancement of International Law to give a lecture on Air Carrier Liability: National and International Perspective on 7th August, 2021. The speaker discussed topics like Introduction to International Aviation Liability Law and spoke about aviation related issues and renders legal opinions on different aspects of aviation law.
Dr Kumar discussed about drafting Civil Aviation Acts and Civil Aviation Regulations, reshaping or re-establishing Civil Aviation Administrations against the background of liberalizing air transport.
