Fourteen students along with two faculty members of Chemical Engineering attended the inaugural ceremony of Sanrakshan Kshamta Mahotsav (SAKSHAM) 2020 at Indralok Auditorium, Narayan Singh Circle, Jaipur. The program was inaugurated by Food and Civil Supplies Minister Shri Ramesh Chand Meena. The objective of this program was to create awareness about the importance of conserving fuel & energy. In this program Mr. Ravindra Garg (executive director of IOCL), Mr. Jaideep Nigam (Zonal General Manager of Market, Gail India Ltd.), Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sharma (Deputy General Manager, HPCL) and Major Deepak Gupta (Deputy Director, PCRA) also expressed their views for conservation of petroleum fuels.
