During the visit to Carlsberg India Pvt. Ltd. (Beer manufacturing Industry), MIA, Alwar. Students learned about the manufacturing of Beer and observed the processing steps like malting, fermentation, filtration, blending, flavoring, carbonation, bottling, sealing, packing, storage and dispatch of alcoholic beverages (Beer). Students observed the use of machines and equipments like clarifier, blenders, bottle washers, water purifier, filler, sealer, stacker etc. They also got knowledge about the state excise norms, hygiene, cleanliness and food safety features of the Alcohol industry.
