During the visit to State Forensic Science Laboratory, Jaipur the students were taken to DNA fingerprinting lab where they were explained about crime investigation process in cases like rape, murder, new born exchange, human trafficking etc. The students were also explained in detail about the investigations carried out by the FSL team. They were also briefed about the DNA extraction method conducted by fully automated machines and the principles and working of those machines. They were also explained how a drop of blood can be used to identify the criminals.
