Visit to Jaipur Dairy (SARAS)

More than 45 students of B.Tech. Chemical Engineering and Food Technology visited Jaipur Dairy (SARAS) at Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. During their visit students learnt about various equipments and methods of analysis used in Milk and Milk products processing, for e.g., Pasteurizer, Cream Separators, Homogenizer, Butter churner, Plate-form analysis of raw Milk, Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) preparation, their packaging and dispatch using refrigerated vans.
