Eight weeks industrial visit for the students of final year was organized at KVK Udaipur to get exposure about various activities of Krishivigyan Kendra and farmers field. Students were collected data from allotted farmers on demographic information. KVKs (Farm Science Centres) aim to achieve "Fine tuning of agriculture technologies, training of farmers, rural youth, extension personnel and execution of programmes of national importance". KVK is presently conducting trainings in agriculture and allied activities. It also aims to create models of sustainable technology to be used at village level. These models can then be replicated by local organizations for training of farming community and extension personals.
