Industrial visit is compulsory part of curriculum of B.Sc. (Hons.) Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics and Microbiology students. An industrial visit to TECHNICA LABS & PHARMA PVT.LIMITED, Haridwar (UTTRAKHAND), India was organized for the students of B.Sc. (Hons.) second year. Industrial visit is considered as one of the tactical methods of teaching because it lets student to know things practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. Moreover, it gives exposure from academic point of view. Main aim of the industrial visit was to provide an exposure to students about practical working environment. The students visited the plant and briefed about the industry. Experts of the industry explained how raw material are collected, blended, colored filled, sealed and then converted to finished product.
