During the visit to Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. (Bakery and Confectionery Plant) Neemrana, Rajasthan students learned about the manufacturing of bakery products and observed the processing steps like blending, mixing, dough making, moulding, baking, cooling, packing and dispatch of bakery products. They showcased the Parle history and their product range through the informative video. Students also visited Parle’s Confectionary section and observed the processing steps like Sugar syrup preparation, mixing of ingredients, forming, cooling and packing of candies & toffees. Both the Units were manufacturing the world famous products like Parle G, Hide & Seek, Milano, Melody, Kismi bar, Kaccha Aam, Mango bite etc.
