Omni Ice Cream & Foods was established in 1995 by Dairy Technocrat Mr. Om Prakash Gupta. The company started manufacturing a wide range of ice creams, premium and super premium ice creams, frozen desserts and ice cream cakes, and since then has become one of the leading ice cream brands in Rajasthan. Students visited to Omni Icecreams and Foods at Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur and learned about the various concepts used in Icecream Manufacturing e.g making of mix, churning, homogenization, chilling, ageing, filling, packing and dispatch of various Ice creams. They demonstrated the equipments like Pasteurizer, Homogenizer, Filter press, batch Ice cream maker, moulder, Air blast freezing chambers and refrigerated vans.
