A visit to Saras Dairy, Jaipur, was organized for the students. The purpose of the visit was to make the students know about the working of a plant and the procedures involved in the purification of milk and manufacturing of various milk products. Students were told about the different products offered by Saras Dairy like pasteurized milk, ghee, butter, paneer, yoghurt etc.
Students understood the basic techniques and methods involved in processing and manufacturing of milk products. Over all it was a very learning experience and students were looking forward to more of this type of visits.
