Students of B.Tech Food Tech. visited to Fru bon Ice creams, Mahindra World City (SEZ) , Jaipur. Students learned about the various concepts used in Ice cream manufacturing e.g making of mix, churning, homogenization, chilling, ageing, filling, packing and dispatch of various Ice creams. Students learned the use of equipments like pasteurizer, homogenizer, filter press, batch Ice cream maker, molder, CIP station, cold storage, air blast freezers and refrigerated vans. Students also visited their milk processing section where they got the knowledge about manufacturing of paneer and curd.
