Aahar fair was organized by ITPO, supported by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries and Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority in association with ARCHI, AIFPA and HOTREMAI. AAHAR - International Food & Hospitality Fair is a flagship event focusing on improving food standards in India. A batch of 50 students of B.Tech. Food Technology actively visited the AAHAR-2016 on at the Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The students visited the stalls of all Airlines/Cruise lines/ Railway Foods suppliers/Retailers/Mega Food Chains, Government Food Policy Makers, Food Industries, Service Providers/Consultants, Food & Drink Importers/ Distributors/ Wholesalers, IT-System Integration/Distribution Plants. Overall it was a great learning experience by students.
