Business Plan Competition on the occasion of World Entrepreneur’s Day organised by School of Business Management, SIILAS on 21st August 2021
The School of Business and Management organized an online Business Plan Competition on 21th August, 2021 on the occasion of World Entrepreneur’s Day.The objective of the Competition was to provide a meaningful learning experience for students interested in pursuing an entrepreneurial opportunity.
In their B-Plan the students addressed issues such as novelty and competitiveness of idea, marketing, financial projections and other aspects to make a compelling argument for their business idea.
The idea of this activity was to create a business model and write a business plan, inclusive of familiarity with primary / secondary market research and a learning process of conducting feasibility studies, with an added experience to work in a team.
The 1st position was secured by Prajjual Saini of BBA III B and the 2nd position was secured by Astha Kaushik of B. Com III (ABST).
The event was chaired by Prof. Dr. D. S. Bhatia, Director SIILAS. The total participants were 17 and total attendees were140.
