Food is the gateway to unison and a mix of varied cultures. Our department hosts Theme Lunch on the occasion of Lohri & Makar Sanakaranti for Faculty and Staff to bring together a sense of sharing and creating a priceless bond through taste. The theme lunches are organized by the students to impart their theoretical knowledge into practical operations. Starting from Planning & organizing till execution was done by students under the guidance of the concerned faculties. Month back started the preparations to make that day a memorable one with the support of all the faculty members and Director.
The feeling of community and togetherness sink in only when there are chances to interact, Theme lunches are a way to make it possible. The Guests appreciated the effort of all the students who tried to bring the legacy of Lohri and kite festival. The décor, the ambience and the food or the hospitality was highly praised by the diners with their enthusiastic feedback.
It was a great experience for the guests to taste different dishes, as well as for the students to organize such a theme based lunch and pampers their guests.
