ESCA (Engineering Student Cultural Association) of School of Engineering and Technology, JNU organized a friendly cricket match between students and faculty members. In these events students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. Match was played between student’s cricket team (Vidhyarthi XI) and Faculty member’s cricket team (Aacharya XI). The match was inaugurated by Prof. Purnina Nag, Additional Director, SOET. The Vidhyarthi XI won the toss and decided to bat first and scored a total of 89 runs. The Aacharya XI started chasing but in the end was unable to chase and scored 58 runs. Prof. Himmat Singh Jadeja and Dr. Blessy Thankanchan felicitated the winners.
